Before you book

How do I make a booking on your website?

It’s very easy just click on the FIND TRANSFER button and follow the instruction.

What information do I need in order to book?

You can make a reservation as soon as you have your flight number, flight arrival time and your destination.

I cannot find a route I want to book. What to do?

We can take you anywhere you like. Please send us an email for an exact price quote.

How do I pay for my transfer?

When paying by cash, please pay all at once after you arrive at the Hotel. However, if you really do prefer not to pay all at once there is no problem; you can pay for each trip separately! You can pay in advance online with PayPal. If you will pay by credit card online, our drivers are informed that the payment has been made so you do not need to do anything else.

Can I book a transfer with more than one stop?

Two drop-off hotels are included in the price. If you will be going to more than 2 hotels which are very far from each other then we may charge extra, although of course, you will be informed of the exact price in your confirmation e-mail.

Do infants count?

Infants and children do count as one person. We must use special seats for infants and children. We strongly recommend that you inform us (just put a comment) when making booking. I have a special request. How do I inform you?

If you require a baby chair, then just make a note when you make your booking. If you are travelling with disabled passengers or need extra space for a pushchair then again, please make a note when making your booking.

What are your hours of operation?

We provide airport transfers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year – including holidays.

Can I have a receipt?

Yes every time if you paying for us. If you tell us in advance we can also prepare for you a tax invoice (mostly for business and corporate customers).

Before you travel

What luggage entitlement will I have?

We calculating one large bag per passenger. If you are carrying extra large luggage please let us know in advance as we may have to send a larger car. Generally, there is no extra charge.

Where will I meet the driver when I arrive?

When you arrive to the terminal in the arrival hall you need to search for our host/hostess, they hold a board with your name. You can find them on the terminal 2A (between the tourist information and the café shop), on the terminal 2B (between the tourist information and the currency exchange office).

What happens if I can’t locate my driver?

If you can’t find them stay at that places, they will search you there. If any problem will occur please contact us on e-mail or call us on the following phone number: +36 70

My group size has changed, can I choose another vehicle?

It’s not a problem you can amend your group size. Please send us an email or give us a call before your arrival with the exact passenger numbers.

How long will the transfer take?

The journey from the airport to the city centre takes around 25 minutes by car. If there is heavy traffic it may take up to 45 minutes.

I did not receive a confirmation e-mail. Why? What should I do?

As on most occasions this is usually down to a problem with your spam filter. Please check your spam folder as this usually seems to solve the problem in the majority of cases. Please also check if you entered your e-mail correctly. If this does not help, please contact us again and we will send you a new confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail when making a booking very close to the time of arrival, our hostess will be there and waiting for you.

What happens if my outbound flight is delayed?

We are monitoring all the flights and you will be collected at the new time at no extra charge.

Why do you use my scheduled arrival time as my pick-up time?

Your scheduled arrival time (i.e. your airline’s assigned time), is only a starting point for us. We track your flight in “real time” so whether your plane is on-time, early or late, we are aware of your flight status … and will meet you based on the actual gate time.

Are your prices per person or per vehicle?

Prices are quoted per vehicle.

What time will you pick us up on our departure day?

Generally we recommend a pick up time of 2.5 hours before your scheduled departure flight time. However, you are the one who will decide the pick up time!
